Shipping, Return & Refund

SHIPPING

We take 4-7 days to ship your orders and about 7-10 days to get the order delivered.

We charge a small shipping charge of INR 60 on all orders of any value. 

RETURN & REFUND

While we do take utmost care that each of our products is packed securely and reaches you safely, there might be a chance that you receive a broken/defective item.

In such a scenario, you can let us know by dropping an email at info@buraansh.com within 7 days of receiving the order. Please do attach a picture of the broken product and also mention your order ID, without which your refund might not be processed.

Once you send us the email, our Team will look into the matter and if found satisfactory, will initiate for refund. You shall have the option of either getting a new product or the money refunded to your account used for payment.

Refund amount takes 12-15 working days to reflect in your account.

EXCHANGE

We do not entertain exchange unless any of the products ordered are defective/broken or you have received a wrong item.

In case you receive a wrong item, you will have to send it back to us using a trackable courier/postal service, making sure that the item is repacked securely. The shipping fees so incurred shall be reimbursed by us.
