This pack contains Kulth Dal or Horse Gram grown in Chamba region of Himachal Pradesh. It is grown using traditional natural techniques and is free of harmful chemicals and pesticides. Kulth Dal is known to be rich in essential minerals and known to cure common cold, sore throat, skin disorders and even kidney stones when had as a soup.   Locally Kulth is used in preparing khichdi along with red rice which is had during the winter season.
